Bacon is still in development, but when it comes out, Bacon will store financial information locally on the user's device. Quigley Apps will not store financial transactions, wallet balances, categories, budgets, or similar financial records on company-operated servers.
Folio and Chartly use user accounts and cloud storage to provide synchronization, backups, and access across devices. Information stored may include account information, user-created content, application settings, subscription information, and uploaded content.
Users may create accounts using email/password authentication or Google Sign-In. We may store email addresses, display names, authentication identifiers, account preferences, subscription status, or other identifiers provided by Google.
User-submitted information used with AI features may be transmitted to OpenAI for processing, including text, URLs, uploaded images, and user prompts. Users should not submit confidential, sensitive, or legally protected information through AI features.
Certain applications store user data using cloud-based infrastructure providers for authentication, synchronization, backups, subscription verification, and application functionality.
Payments are processed by Apple, Stripe, Google, or other platform providers. We do not receive or store complete payment card information. Current subscription pricing and features are displayed within the applicable application and may change over time.
Applications may rely on third-party providers including Google, Apple, OpenAI, Firebase, Stripe, Google Cloud Console, and cloud hosting providers. These providers operate under their own privacy policies.
We retain account information and user content as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Users may request deletion of their account and associated cloud-stored data through the contact information provided on quigleyapps.com, via an email to quigleyappsdev@gmail.com, or via the apps themselves. Not all apps are guaranteed to have a button to delete an account.

Our service providers may process information in countries outside your place of residence.
We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or when necessary to protect our rights, users, or the public.

We are not responsible for data loss, data corruption, device theft, data theft, other loss, corruption, unauthorized access, or unavailability of user data caused by usage of one of our apps. Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important information. Quigley Apps does not guarantee indefinite retention of user content.
Bacon (under development) is provided solely as a personal recordkeeping and educational tool and does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, banking, lending, or credit advice.
Quigley Apps does not sell personal information to third parties.
