Quigley Apps ("we," "our," or "us") is a software business operated by an independent developer. This Privacy Policy applies to all applications, websites, and services operated under the Quigley Apps brand unless otherwise stated.
The information collected varies depending on the application, website, and features used. When you visit our public websites, Google Analytics may collect usage and technical information such as pages viewed, the page or link that referred you, browser and device details, approximate location, and interactions with the site. Analytics is optional on quigleyapps.com and is off unless you choose to allow it in the on-site privacy prompt. You can change your choice at any time using the Privacy choices button. If you reject analytics, the Google Analytics script is not loaded.
Bacon is still in development, but when it comes out, Bacon will store financial information locally on the user's device. Quigley Apps will not store financial transactions, wallet balances, categories, budgets, or similar financial records on company-operated servers.
Folio and Chartly use user accounts and cloud storage to provide synchronization, backups, and access across devices. Information stored may include account information, user-created content, application settings, subscription information, and uploaded content.
Users may create accounts using email/password authentication or Google Sign-In. We may store email addresses, display names, authentication identifiers, account preferences, subscription status, or other identifiers provided by Google.
Some Quigley Apps applications and services offer AI features. When you use an AI feature, the information you submit or select for that feature—such as text, prompts, images, or URLs—may be sent to the AI service provider for processing and to return a result. Depending on how the feature works, content retrieved from a URL you provide may also be processed. The specific information involved depends on the application and feature you use. Each provider handles information under its applicable terms, privacy notices, and settings. OpenAI states that inputs and outputs sent through its API are not used to train or improve its models by default, unless the API customer opts in to data sharing. We may store submitted content and AI results as described in this Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or legally protected information through AI features unless you are authorized to do so and understand the applicable provider’s terms.
Certain applications store user data using cloud-based infrastructure providers for authentication, synchronization, backups, subscription verification, and application functionality.
Payments are processed by Apple, Stripe, Google, or other platform providers. We do not receive or store complete payment card information. Current subscription pricing and features are displayed within the applicable application and may change over time.
Applications may rely on third-party providers including Google, Apple, OpenAI, Firebase, Stripe, Google Cloud Console, and cloud hosting providers. Our public websites use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the sites. When a visitor allows analytics, the site sends usage and technical information to Google for reporting. Google processes this information under its own terms and privacy policy. We retain account information and user content as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Users may request deletion of their account and associated cloud-stored data through the contact information provided on quigleyapps.com, via an email to quigleyappsdev@gmail.com, or via the apps themselves. Not all apps are guaranteed to have a button to delete an account.
Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain copies of their personal information. Email quigleyappsdev@gmail.com to do so.
Our service providers may process information in countries outside your place of residence.
We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or when necessary to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Our applications are not directed toward children under 13 years of age.
We implement reasonable safeguards to protect information; however, no software or network can guarantee complete security. Users should maintain backups of important information. We are not responsible for data loss, data corruption, device theft, data theft, other loss, corruption, unauthorized access, or unavailability of user data caused by usage of one of our apps. Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important information. Quigley Apps does not guarantee indefinite retention of user content.
Bacon (under development) is provided solely as a personal recordkeeping and educational tool and does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, banking, lending, or credit advice.
Quigley Apps does not sell personal information to third parties.
