You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, restricting access to your account, and all activities occurring under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date. Users must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in their jurisdiction.
Certain features or apps may require one-time purchases, in-app purchases, or auto-renewing subscriptions. Prices and available features may change from time to time. Where required, we will attempt to provide advance notice of subscription price changes. Subscription billing, cancellation, refunds, and renewals are handled by the platform through which the subscription was purchased. Unless otherwise required by law, purchases are governed by the applicable platform's refund policies. Current subscription pricing and features are displayed within the applicable application and may change over time. If you believe you have been mischarged, contact us at quigleyappsdev@gmail.com rather than filing for a credit card dispute.
Some applications may include AI-powered functionality. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or contain errors. Users are solely responsible for independently reviewing and verifying AI-generated output before relying on it. Quigley Apps makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, safety, legality, nutritional value, or suitability of AI-generated content. AI-generated allergy information in Folio may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsafe and must always be independently verified. Quigley Apps reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate AI access in cases of suspected abuse, excessive usage, or policy violations.
Users retain ownership of content they create, including recipes, notes, images, chord charts, lyrics, and financial records. By uploading or creating content, users grant Quigley Apps a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display such content solely for operating, maintaining, and improving the services. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they possess the necessary rights to upload, store, or share such content.
Except for user-generated content, all rights, title, and interest in Quigley Apps services, including software, interfaces, designs, logos, trademarks, graphics, and related intellectual property, remain the property of Quigley Apps and its licensors.
Users may not violate applicable laws; upload malicious software; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with service operations; abuse AI features; infringe intellectual property rights; harass others; scrape or reverse engineer services; circumvent payment systems; or distribute malware or harmful code. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to upload lyrics or musical content. Quigley Apps reserves the right to remove allegedly infringing content.
Quigley Apps may rely on third-party providers including OpenAI, Google, Fireabse, Google Cloud Console, Stripe, payment processors, authentication providers, cloud hosting providers, and similar service providers necessary to operate our services.
Quigley Apps reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, suspected abuse, unlawful activity, intellectual property infringement, nonpayment, or activities that may harm Quigley Apps, its services, or other users.
Bacon (currently under development and not available to the public) is provided solely as a personal recordkeeping and educational tool and does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, banking, lending, credit, or financial planning advice.
Folio does not provide medical, nutritional, dietary, allergy, or healthcare advice. Users should consult qualified professionals regarding dietary restrictions, allergies, or medical conditions.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove features, subscriptions, AI functionality, cloud services, or entire applications at any time without liability or refund. We do not guarantee continuous availability. User data may become unavailable, corrupted, or lost, and users are encouraged to maintain backups of important information.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUIGLEY APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES.
